My therapeutic background
I am a licensed psychologist and MCTI® registered metacognitive therapist level 1 and 2. This means that I have a 3-year specialist education, and that I was taught and certified in the metacognitive method by Adrian Wells, the founder of the method.
Metacognitive therapy has been my passion my entire professional life. And I look forward to sharing the metacognitive tools with you.
